  • Sustainable Schools Project Learns from Puerto Rico

    Connecting, envisioning the future, and organizing for education. These are some of the reasons that Shelburne Farms’ Sustainable Schools Project has been partnering with IDEA – the Institute for Democratic Education in America – for the last several years. Most recently, IDEA has been hosting a two-year Learning Breakthrough Series hosted by different IDEA teams around the U.S. and Puerto Rico. This week, Shelburne Farms sent Ryan Morra to work with a team of other Vermont education organizations to learn from school transformation visionaries in Puerto Rico. Read more.
