Bone-In Spiral Sliced Hams
|
These hams are spiral sliced for serving convenience and are ideal for parties and other special occasions.
To help determine how much ham you'll need, here are some serving size guidelines:Bone-In Hams: Allow 3/4 lb. per person
Hams are frozen when they leave Shelburne Farms.
Bone-In Spiral Sliced Hams (unopened) may be refrigerated for 5 to 7 days or frozen for up to 3 months. To serve warm, bring ham to room temperature, then heat at 300 degrees Fahrenheit for 3 minutes per pound (not to exceed 30 minutes for half spiral sliced hams and 60 minutes for whole spiral sliced hams). |
