The Farm is seeking an Inn and Hospitality Services Director who is personally and professionally passionate about the vision and plans for Shelburne Farms and excited about playing a key role on the management team working to creatively use and share the Farm’s resources in building a farm-based, learning campus for the future.
More specifically the person in this position will lead the hospitality and food service team in collaborating with other departments and staff members on deepening the guest experience, extending the Farm’s program outreach, and building goodwill and ongoing support for the organization.
This position reports to the President and works closely with the Vice President and Program Director and other members of the Farm’s management team.

The candidate we seek is someone with outstanding guest services, communications, management and supervisory skills and at least 10 years working experience in the hospitality field. We seek an individual committed to local agriculture and community service who loves the process of creating and facilitating wonderful food, lodging, and special event experiences for diverse audiences.
