Claire is a member of the year round cheesemaking team at the Farm. As a recent graduate of the University of Vermont with a degree in Community and International Development and Food Systems, Claire is eager to learn the intricacies of creating raw milk cheddar cheese and gain an understanding of its place in the larger food systems of Vermont and beyond. Claire is a life-long cheese lover and has been fascinated by the phenomena of food sciences since a young age. In her free time, Claire enjoys cooking, gardening, hiking, snowboarding, and making jewelry.
