Sara is a member of the year-round cheesemaking team. She first got her start making cheese on various goat farms while traveling abroad, then returned to finish her Bachelors of Science degree in Global Public Health and Food Studies from NYU in 2017.  After college, she moved to New Zealand to be the cheesemaker at small goat creamery before finally landing in Vermont. Always fascinated by the history, anthropology, sociology, and artistry of food, she spends her time reading about food and dreaming up new cheese recipes!
