Sarah was introduced to cheesemaking at Bonnieview Farm in Craftsbury, Vermont, where she learned how to make sheep’s milk cheeses. She loves the craft of cheesemaking, and she especially enjoys tasting the end product. She brings her prior experience as a small business owner and artisanal dessert creator to her position as processing coordinator/assistant cheesemaker. Sarah sleeps well at the end of the day, knowing that she is doing her part to bring delicious, high-quality cheddar to the people.
