Immersion in Education for Sustainability 2023

Interested in diving into the essential questions of Education for Sustainability and deepen your understanding of sustainability work? Want to reflect, learn, and collaborate with a group of teacher colleagues from across the country and globe?

This course is action-oriented with an expectation that participants will create an EFS portfolio that includes an EFS Action Plan, an EFS unit or project design, and a Sustainability Ethics and Values Statement.

Registration Fees

  • Participation: $750.00 (Includes light breakfast, lunch, accomodations) 
  • Optional Accommodation Fee: If you require additional nights of housing the day before the program the fee is $75.00 (+ 9% tax on lodging)/double occupancy room and $125.00 per night (+ 9% tax on lodging)/single occupancy room 
  • Scholarships may be available on a need-based scale. Please fill out the scholarship application prior to registering for the program.
  • Optional 3 graduate credits for an additional fee ($705 for Vermont residents, $900 out-of-state residents). Contact hours: 26. Additional course hours will be online June 27, June 29, July 6, July 11, July 13, and August 3 from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m.
