In partnership with a Cashier & Guest Service staff, you will share the food we grow and raise at the Farm while helping to strengthen our local food systems by serving delicious lunch and snacks to visitors at the Farm Barn. You have a passion for preparing and sharing locally sourced, simply prepared and great tasting nutritious food. 

Shelburne Farms is a National Historic Landmark and our Inn maintains many of its original furnishings and fixtures. Lead our housekeeping staff as we continue to share this beautiful space with guests and visitors, so we look to you to help us maintain the upkeep and cleanliness of the 24 guestrooms at the Inn, common spaces, as well as the 4 guest cottages across the farm.

You have a passion for preparing and sharing locally sourced, simply prepared and beautifully presented, great tasting nutritious food. You are excited to be part of Shelburne Farms’ mission to inspire and cultivate learning for a sustainable future and you understand how important the hospitality and food experiences we offer are for advancing the Farm’s mission.  

Our dishwashers work in partnership with our entire kitchen and front of house staff to help create an authentic farm-to-dining experience. We will train staff with no experience however you will need to have open communication skills, able to prioritize tasks in a busy environment while adhering to all food safety regulations and protocols.

Join our B&G team as you will help maintain the grounds for a 1,400 acre working farm by utilizing a fleet of electric commercial mowing equipment.
