As the Director of Development Operations at Shelburne Farms, Anna manages the administration of the Raiser’s Edge/NXT database and the design, implementation, and analysis of all development systems and data management processes to build a framework of support for all cultivation and stewardship strategies and initiatives. Prior to joining Shelburne Farms, Anna served as the Advancement Manager at Palm Beach Opera in West Palm Beach, FL, managing database operations and donor relations. Before pivoting into Development, Anna enjoyed a decade as an elementary music teacher in Palm Beach County. She holds a Bachelor's of Music in Music Education and a Master's of Arts in Arts and Culture Management from the University of Denver. Originally from Wallingford, Vermont, Anna is thrilled to return to her home state with her two dogs, Dublin and Echo. When not at the Farm, you can find her snowboarding, hiking, cycling, paddleboarding or lost in an excellent book.
