We are seeking a friendly and dedicated Guest Attendant to join our team at the Shelburne Farms Inn. You are passionate about the Farm’s mission and committed to providing exceptional service to our guests. You will be the first point of contact for visitors at the inn, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience.

Working closely with the Communications team, you will implement our content strategy over its social media and website channels, and support the print needs of the organization across multiple departments, all to build the Shelburne Farms brand, elevate its nonprofit mission, cross-promote engagement, and enroll our many programs.

This position will directly support the mission and core values of Shelburne Farms by connecting our visitors and guests to local farm products, the programs offered across the farm, and the many ways to explore the farm. 

Shelburne Farms is seeking a resourceful and service-minded IT Support Manager to provide IT systems and training support for staff, volunteers, and campus operations.

Help further our mission by ensuring our staff members are cared for and supported to do their best work in alignment with the organization’s core values.

The Chief Advancement Officer serves as a key leader and member of the Shelburne Farms Management Team, working most closely with the President and Executive Vice President. The Chief Advancement Officer will demonstrate and reflect an understanding of and commitment to inspiring and cultivating learning for a sustainable future as they work to align efforts and resources to increase community and philanthropic support to meet the organization’s goals.
