Chris is our Processing Coordinator, sometimes assists with cheesemaking, and he hauls the milk from the dairy to the creamery from time to time. Chris comes from a culinary background, having graduated from the Disney Culinary Academy. He has held lots of different kitchen jobs as well as farming and some light production work, a great combination to enter the world of cheese making. While not at the farm, he can be found hanging out with his wife Jen and their two amazing dogs Tali and Buddy.
