Delanté Keys

Delanté is focused on ensuring that all people engaging with Shelburne Farms feel welcomed, valued, and fully informed. They most previously worked as the Education Manager at Outright VT striving to build more equity for LGBTQ+ youth within Vermont school systems, and also as the Educational Theatre Coordinator at the SAFE Alliance in Austin, TX utilizing theatre as a catalyst to engage youth in conversations about healthy relationships. He was born and raised in and around Washington, DC and later attended Arcadia University, where he received a BFA in Acting. They are an award-winning theatre artist, spending over a decade performing, directing, producing, and educating in Pennsylvania, DC, and Texas. When not at the farm, he can be found in rehearsal for a production, kayaking on Lake Champlain, running/hiking a trail, knitting, or catching the latest Premier League football match.
