Breeding Barn Adventure Dinner to Benefit Vermont Fresh Network

Shelburne Farms is inviting Adventure Dinner into the historic Breeding Barn for a multi-farm, multi-course feast! 

Built at the turn of the 20th century, the Breeding Barn was the largest open-span wooden structure in America until 1939. It’s a perfect backdrop for an evening showcasing and celebrating the produce and animals from five Vermont farms, all members of the Vermont Fresh Network.

We’ll gather for our bountiful four-course meal expertly crafted by Adventure Dinner chefs featuring produce and meat sourced directly from our highlighted local Vermont farms. You’ll learn directly from our featured farmers and Shelburne Farms about how a new generation of farmers and stewards are weaving sustainability into the future of the land.

Your meal will be punctuated by thoughtful wine and culinary cocktail pairings for each course (alcohol-free pairings available by request). We’ll wrap up this magical evening with a sparkler ceremony right outside!

Ticket details: $185 per person (plus 9% + 10% VT Rooms and Meals Tax, and Local Shelburne tax). Cost includes: four courses, four paired cocktails and wine courses (alcohol-free available upon request), self-guided farm tour, sparkler closing ceremony (weather permitting), $10 donation to Vermont Fresh Network.
