Christopher works in Buildings and Grounds, with a special focus on the Coach Barn. His role includes building maintenance and event assistance.
Before Shelburne, life took Chris in many directions and around the country — from education in GIS and anthropology, jobs in landscaping and plumbing, work in communities like Omega and Pendle Hill, and on farms as far a field as Brookford Farm in New Hampshire and Finnriver in Washington. In 2025, Christopher and his wife Erin hiked the Pacific Crest Trail, which upon completion opened their lives to find work in a place as amazing as Shelburne Farms.
When not at work, Chris likes to do yoga, hike, run, take pictures and nerd out on history and the natural world.
