John is responsible for the upkeep, configuration, security, and reliable operation of Shelburne Farms' computer networks, servers, and software infrastructure. John joins us after a long career in IT, most recently at Stratton Aviation, but before that at Vergennes and Georgia, VT schools and more. "My love of electronics is really what started it all," he says. A "Nutmegger" by birth, he left Connecticut in 2001 for St. Johnsbury, and has lived in Vermont since. His many interests include astrophotography, DJ'ing, creating light shows, and fluorescent rocks. He has also built a theremin.
