Katya is responsible for managing and growing the annual giving program at Shelburne Farms. In her role, she oversees the administration of the donor database, as well as the design, implementation, and analysis of all systems and data management processes to support the Development team's strategies and initiatives.
Katya has over 17 years of nonprofit experience that includes individual and institutional fundraising at organizations such as BRIC Arts Media, Cal Performances at UC Berkeley, Generator Makerspace, and the New York Philharmonic. She also spent several years as a grantmaker at the Mellon Foundation.
When not at work, Katya loves to explore Vermont with her husband and two kids.
