Michelle is Shelburne Farms' Human Resources Director, working to nurture a healthy, supportive culture for the people who keep the organization's education programs, land, and community thriving. Her background is rooted in hospitality and education, including degrees from the University of New Hampshire and the New England Culinary Institute, and she brings over a two decades of hospitality and academic leadership experience, along with having built an HR function from the ground up at a growing restaurant group with a mission to positively impact the local food system.
