Nicole is responsible for managing all food and beverage services on the farm. Prior to joining the hospitality team, Nicole operated a wholesale bakeshop out of her home here in Shelburne. Starting off in editing at Rachael Ray's magazine to becoming the Pastry Chef/Kitchen Manager at Tartine Bakery in San Francisco, she's been fortunate enough to explore all ends of the food industry. When not on the restaurant floor, Nicole loves hiking, trying out new local restaurants and traveling with her family.
