Are you intrigued by the wild world of mushroom foraging? Join Ari Rockland-Miller, co-founder of The Mushroom Forager, to identify species fruiting in our region in late-summer and to learn strategy and technique for the ethical and sustainable harvesting of wild mushrooms. The workshop will begin with a colorful presentation introducing foraging safety, strategy, and our region’s most distinctive and delicious species. Then, put on your forager’s eyes for a guided foray!
