Blake Goldberg – Co-owner of Madcap Mushrooms, a gourmet mushroom farm in North Ferrisburgh, Vermont. A U.S. Veteran and Texas A&M graduate, Blake is currently finishing a degree in Agroecology at the University of Vermont.
Lindsey Goldberg – Co-owner of Madcap Mushrooms and professional pastry chef. A Le Cordon Bleu graduate, Lindsey has worked in fine pastry and bread for years and currently bakes at O’Bread Bakery on Shelburne Farms.
