Education for Sustainability Leadership Academy 2026-27 Kickoff

A year-long residential program and learning community

Our year-long residential Education for Sustainability Leadership Academy brings together educators committed to better aligning education toward ecological and social justice.

This program includes four seasonal, in-person gatherings at Shelburne Farms. As we gather throughout the year, we tune in to what is happening around us in the natural world to reflect on our professional practice. Between each session, we meet virtually to dialogue about shared readings, reflect with a peer partner, or support a peer’s work.

Leadership Academy is best suited for preK–12 practicing educators and leaders, though all types of educators are welcome to apply.
