As one of Vermont's pioneering farm to table restaurants, our menu is built around what's being harvested at ours and other Vermont farms on any given day or week.

Featured items include fresh vegetables and fruits from our Market Garden, or farmstead cheddar, seasonal lamb and beef, and other farm products from our working farm campus. It doesn't get more fresh, local, or delicious than that. Come experience Shelburne Farms and enjoy a great meal!

The Inn reopens May 10, 2024. We will open 2024 dining reservations beginning in mid-April. Please check back. And thanks for a great season!

In-Season Hours: Breakfast: daily, 7:00-11:00am.  Dinner: daily, 5:00-9:00pm. Note: the dinner menu is based on small and medium plates that feature items produced here on our farm. Each guest may anticipate ordering 3-4 small plate items.
