As one of Vermont's pioneering farm to table restaurants, our menu is built around what's being harvested at ours and other Vermont farms on any given day or week.

Featured items include fresh vegetables and fruits from our Market Garden, our farmstead cheddar, seasonal lamb and beef, and other farm products from our working farm campus. It doesn't get more fresh, local, or delicious than that. Come experience Shelburne Farms and enjoy a great meal!
