The Inn & Restaurant - COVID 19 Update
Thank you for your interest in staying and dining with us this season. In response to the Covid pandemic we have made the difficult decision to not open the Inn and Restaurant as usual for the remainder of the 2020 season. This is not a decision we have taken lightly and we are deeply sorry for the impact it has on our friends and guests. However, with heightened cleaning protocols, we are still operating all of our guest houses for extended single-family stays. Please add yourself to the waitlist for a cottage stay below.
Future Stay and Dining Information
- Add your name to the single-family cottage stay waitlist for our 2020 season.
- Add your name to the waitlist to stay with us during our 2021 season (May 7-October 19)
- The restaurant is closed in 2020 and we are not running a waitlist for 2021 dining reservations. We will open reservation books 30 days in advance of any given meal in 2021.

At one of Vermont’s pioneering farm to table restaurants, our menu is built around what’s being harvested in our Market Garden and from other Vermont farms on any given day or week. Staples like our farmstead cheddar, seasonal lamb and pork, and other farm products are featured items. It doesn’t get more fresh, local, or delicious than that. Come experience the Farm and enjoy a great meal!
Reservations required. We welcome dinner and breakfast reservations starting 30 days in advance of your desired date. Special reservation information for Mother’s Day and UVM Graduation.
