Walking Trails

From their breathtaking views to their quiet spaces, our walking trails are the primary way to enjoy our extensive campus. More than 10 miles of trails meander through fields and forests, with popular destinations to the Farm Barn, Inn Flower Gardens, Lone Tree Hill, and lakeshore.

Cheesemaking

As part of your visit to the Farm Barn, watch our cheesemakers craft the milk of our Brown Swiss cows into cheddar, then enjoy a sample! We make cheese every weekend and most every mid-week day.

Meet a cheesemaker, daily at 11AM, or check out a Sun to Cheese Tour, at 2PM on every day we make cheese.

Cheesemaking schedule may vary. Call 802-985-8686 for daily information.
